The Sun City Poms is a “performance” club made up of women who are 55 years and older, who live in Sun City, Arizona and enjoy an active lifestyle. We began in the late 1970s as cheerleaders for a professional women’s softball team, but have evolved over the years into a group of ladies who love to show the entire world that “age is just a number.” We do this by performing dance routines at care centers, high schools, community events, and more; as well as marching in parades

The Poms march in parades big and small; from 6 blocks to 3 miles. Past parades we have marched in include: Fiesta Bowl Parade, Phoenix Veteran’s Day Parade, Wickenburg Gold Rush Days, and many more.
The Sun City Poms perform in a wide variety of events. This includes: senior care facilities, church functions, sporting events, and much more. No event is too small, or too big.
The Poms have been featured in local publications and television events, as well as national and international publications.
Rates
Rates vary depending on the length of the requested performance and travel distance. Rates will be discussed in a follow up call to you from a Pom.
